Ken as the Dominie in Brigadoon, Feb. 2004
Ken is a popular member of Fortwilliam. He joined us for our 2001 production of Oklahoma! to play Ado Annie's paw, Andrew Carnes.
As well as playing Carnes with St. Agnes' Choral Society in the Grand Opera House, Ken has appeared in many other shows, including Charlie Cowell in The Music Man. He has also performed in many shows with Newry Musical Society, including The Gypsy Baron and The Mikado.
In February 2004, he played the Dominie in Brigadoon, having spent six months living in a tree in the Highlands of Scotland researching his part. Later that year, he played Doc in The Ulster Operatic Company's West Side Story.
When he was cast as the Captain of the SS American for our 2005 show, Anything Goes, Ken immediately applied for a job on the Larne-Cairnryan ferry.
